The precision filter cartridge is a high-efficiency filtration element manufactured from polymeric microporous membranes or depth-fiber media, with filtration ratings from 0.01μm to 50μm. It effectively removes suspended particles, colloids, bacteria, and microorganisms from fluids, and is widely used in purification and sterilization processes across electronics, pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, chemicals, and compressed air systems.

Construction & Materials
The precision filter cartridge consists of filter media, support layers, core, end caps, and O-rings. Media options include Polypropylene (PP), Polyethersulfone (PES), PTFE, Nylon, and Glass Fiber (GF). Cores and end caps are available in polypropylene or stainless steel, while O-rings come in silicone, EPDM, FKM, and other materials to ensure chemical compatibility with a wide range of process fluids.
