Not fixed; depends on fluid quality, flow rate, filtration rating, and material.
General guideline: Replace every 3–6 months for industrial/commercial use; shorter for residential.
Performance indicators:
Pressure drop (ΔP) exceeds set limit.
Flow rate drops significantly.
