PP Pleated Filter Cartrige

PP pleated water filter cartridges use polypropylene (PP) microporous membrane as the filtration medium. The membrane is pleated and formed by thermal welding, providing a large filtration area and stable filtration precision. The outer cage, end caps, and central core are all made of PP material, ensuring excellent chemical compatibility and cleanliness.

Service Life
The actual service life depends on feed water quality, operating temperature, working pressure, and allowable pressure drop. It is generally recommended to replace the cartridge when the differential pressure reaches 0.2–0.3 MPa. Under typical municipal water treatment conditions, a single cartridge can last 3–6 months.
