After the compressed air mixed with oil mist passes through the high-precision fiberglass coalescing filter layer, micro oil droplets are fully intercepted, aggregated and settled. The purified clean air is discharged outward, while the separated lubricating oil flows back to the compressor host through the return oil pipeline to realize cyclic oil supply.

This component fundamentally solves the problem of excessive oil content in compressed air, avoids pneumatic equipment pollution and process failure, and is the key to ensuring low oil emission, low energy consumption and long-term stable operation of air compressors.
