The Long tube folding hydraulic filter elementis an efficient deep type filter element designed specifically for industrial hydraulic filtration. Mainly used for filtering the return oil pipeline of hydraulic systems, suitable for high temperature, water containing media, and oil working conditions, mostly used in large hydraulic stations, metallurgy, and mining heavy industry equipment.
The use of woven mesh filter material expands the effective filtering area, and adopts galvanized metal stamped end caps, reinforced metal hoops in the middle, and double-layer metal support mesh structures inside and outside, making the filter element less prone to deformation under high pressure differences.

Galvanized metal stamping end cover: The upper and lower metal end covers are welded firmly, and the upper end is equipped with a rubber sealing ring to achieve end face sealing and prevent oil bypass short circuit.

Stainless steel woven mesh filter material: Multi layer stainless steel mesh is folded and formed, with fine folds and a large filtering area; Metal filter materials are temperature resistant, corrosion-resistant, and can be cleaned and regenerated.

Reinforced metal hoop in the middle: The filter cartridge body is relatively long, and a metal hoop is added in the middle to resist the impact of oil flow and avoid bulging, wrinkling, and displacement of the filter layer.

The double-layer metal support mesh inside and outside provides all-round support and protection for the filter material, preventing deformation and damage of the filter element under high pressure and high flow conditionsce
