The membrane is pleated into multiple layers by an automated pleating machine, and then integrally sealed with support layers, drainage nets, end caps, and a central core via thermal welding technology-free from adhesives, surfactants, or fibre shedding. The production process complies with GMP standards, and the cartridges can withstand steam sterilisation and hot‑water disinfection. A: Yes. Max continuous operating temperature is 80 °C, with short-term tolerance up to 95 °C. Supports SIP, autoclave, and hot water disinfection, with stable performance after multiple sterilization cycles.
2. Q: How to determine when to replace the cartridge?
A: Monitor the online differential pressure gauge. Replace when ΔP reaches 0.20–0.30 MPa. Alternatively, conduct regular effluent turbidity or particle counts-significant quality decline also indicates replacement.
3. Q: Is there any risk of extractables or leachables contamination?
A: No. The cartridge is fully thermal-welded-no adhesives, no surfactants. TOC extractables ≤ 0.5 mg per cartridge, compliant with FDA and food-grade standards, ensuring no contamination of the filtrate.
