Xinxiang Jun Filters and Chemical Co., Ltd. has conducted a continuous 2,000-hour endurance test on its industrial coalescer filter element. The results show that when operating in a lubricating oil circuit containing 5,000 ppm emulsified water, the filter element maintained a pressure drop fluctuation within ±5% of its initial value throughout the entire period, with no media collapse or coalescing failure. This performance is attributed to the company's proprietary thermosetting resin consolidation process, which keeps the coalescing bed structurally stable even under prolonged high-humidity conditions.
