Service Life
Under normal operating conditions, service life ranges from 1 to 5 years, depending on media properties, temperature, and cleaning frequency. Regular backwashing, ultrasonic cleaning, or chemical regeneration can significantly extend service intervals.
Resistant to extreme environments, it possesses extremely strong resistance to high temperatures, high pressures and chemical corrosion. Its operating temperature range is typically between -60℃ and 500℃. Some special alloy filter elements can even withstand temperatures as high as 700℃, with a maximum pressure difference of up to 2MPa. It has excellent physical properties, including excellent air permeability, large pollutant capacity, high mechanical strength and good sealing performance. It is environmentally friendly, economical, has a long service life, and can support cleaning and regeneration after clogging, allowing for repeated use, thereby reducing long-term operating costs.

Yes. Depending on material, operating temperature can exceed 600°C, and pressure can reach dozens of MPa. They are suitable for steam sterilization and high-pressure systems.

Typically 0.1–200μm, selectable. Precision is controlled by sintering process and pore size, covering coarse to fine filtration needs.

No. They are integrally sintered with no fiber or particle shedding, ensuring high cleanliness for purity-sensitive applications.
