This Air compressor oil separator filter element is designed specifically for screw air compressor systems. It can intercept oil mist particles inside the compressor, reduce the residual oil content in the compressed air, and avoid oil pollution caused by equipment.
Adopting metal galvanized end caps, diamond shaped metal inner and outer protective nets, and composite oil and gas separation filter material structure, agglomeration separation is achieved, and oil mist in compressed air is agglomerated into oil droplets and refluxed. The metal mesh protects the internal filter layer and prevents the filter material from being damaged by airflow compression. Applied to various types of screw air compressors, external oil and gas separation tanks, and oil and gas separation in the rear section of air compressors.
