PU End Cap Air Intake Filter are widely used as the first stage air filters for air compressors and industrial machinery.
When the device inhales ambient air, the pleated filter media intercepts dust, pollen, and metal particles. The purified intake reduces the wear of the main engine, slows down the deterioration of lubricating oil, and extends the service life of the oil filter and oil separator.
The filter is equipped with an integrated orange polyurethane PU soft rubber end cap, high-density pleated wood pulp filter paper, bottom metal protective net, built-in support skeleton, which can maintain stable low pressure drop under continuous industrial operation and resist deformation under harsh working conditions.
It can be used as a replacement spare part for multiple rotary screw air compressors and industrial engines. We can produce according to the customer's OEM part number and size requirements.
