A single high-flow cartridge handles 30–100 m³/h, far exceeding the 1–10 m³/h capacity of standard cartridges. With a 6-inch large-diameter design, high-flow cartridges require fewer units, occupy less space, and simplify replacement and maintenance.
2. How do I determine the right flow rate for my system?
Base your selection on the system design flow and operating hours. We recommend sizing at 70%–80% of the design flow to allow a safety margin for water quality fluctuations and flow decay as the cartridge gradually loads.
3. Is higher filtration precision always better?
Not necessarily. Overly high precision shortens service life and raises operating costs. Choose a rating that satisfies the quality requirements of downstream equipment-no need to pursue the finest grade without cause.
4. Can cartridges from different manufacturers be used interchangeably?
If interface dimensions and seal positions match, physical installation is possible. However, filtration efficiency, pressure drop, and dirt-holding capacity may differ. We recommend conducting on-site tests with samples before switching suppliers in full.
