1. Q: How to choose the right filtration rating?
A: Select according to your process. For particle removal: 1–5 μm; for sterile or final fine filtration: 0.22 μm or 0.45 μm; for coarse prefiltration: 10–50 μm. Sample validation service is available upon request.

2. Q: Can the cartridge withstand high temperatures and repeated sterilization?
A: Yes. Max continuous operating temperature is 80 °C, with short-term tolerance up to 95 °C. Supports SIP, autoclave, and hot water disinfection, with stable performance after multiple sterilization cycles.

3. Q: How to determine when to replace the cartridge?
A: Monitor the online differential pressure gauge. Replace when ΔP reaches 0.20–0.30 MPa. Alternatively, conduct regular effluent turbidity or particle counts-significant quality decline also indicates replacement.

4. Q: Is there any risk of extractables or leachables contamination?
A: No. The cartridge is fully thermal-welded-no adhesives, no surfactants. TOC extractables ≤ 0.5 mg per cartridge, compliant with FDA and food-grade standards, ensuring no contamination of the filtrate.
