As oil separation filters continuously intercept pollutants, internal impurities gradually accumulate, causing the initial pressure differential to rise. When the pressure differential reaches the manufacturer's upper limit (typically 0.08-0.1MPa), the filter element must be replaced promptly. Excessive pressure differential not only increases system energy consumption but may also lead to filter element rupture, allowing unfiltered oil mist to enter the pipe network directly.
