1. Raw Material Selection
Choose high-quality polypropylene fibers, cotton, or fiberglass, ensuring uniform strength, consistent thickness, and no impurities.
2. Winding Tension Control
Maintain uniform and stable tension. Excessive tension deforms the core; insufficient tension causes looseness. Tension fluctuations should be within ±5%.
3. Uniform Yarn Spacing
Use precision traversing mechanisms to ensure parallel and evenly spaced yarns, avoiding overlap or excessive gaps that affect filtration.
4. Winding Density Adjustment
Adjust winding density according to filtration precision requirements. Higher density increases precision but also resistance-balance accuracy with flow rate.
5. Core Material Quality
Select polypropylene or stainless steel cores with smooth surfaces, high strength, and pressure resistance to prevent deformation and ensure sealing.
6. Drying Process
Thoroughly dry finished filters to remove moisture, preventing mold growth and fiber shrinkage. Control temperature between 60°C-80°C.
7. Visual Inspection
Check for smooth surfaces, no burrs, loose fibers, or stains. Ends should be neatly cut without flashing.
8. Dimensional Accuracy
Strictly control outer diameter, inner diameter, and length tolerances to ensure reliable sealing and prevent bypass leakage.
9. Pressure Drop Testing
Sample test initial pressure drop to ensure compliance with design standards and avoid excessive resistance during use.
10. Cleanliness Control
Maintain clean production environments to prevent dust and impurities from contaminating fibers, ensuring filter purity.
