To meet the high-temperature dehydration requirements of oil film bearing lubrication systems in hot rolling mills, Xinxiang Jun Filters and Chemical Co., Ltd. has developed a high-temperature resistant coalescer filter element that has successfully passed a 180°C hot oil aging test. After 500 hours of continuous operation at an oil temperature of 180°C, the filter element showed no significant changes in fiber diameter, porosity, or surface energy of the coalescing bed, and the dehydration efficiency remained above 99% of its initial value.
